Terminal Accessibility
Airtrain Accessibility to and from the Domestic Terminal
The Airtrain domestic station is located just outside the domestic terminal building. There are moving walkways and lifts located at the new Skywalk which links customers to the Airtrain station.
Our stations were purposely built to accommodate customers with disabilities as the train and platform levels are even making it easy to get on and off the trains. It is advised that customers requiring assistance on the trains at a Queensland Rail station board at carriage 3 where the guards are located as they can provide ramps for customers who require them.
Our stations are always manned and assistance can be provided by staff on request. There are ticket counters located in the terminal at the Virgin and Qantas baggage areas and assistance can also be provided from here to the station.
Airtrain Accessibility to and from the International Terminal
The Airtrain International station is located on level 3 of the terminal building. There are lifts located just left of the Transport / Information desk to get to the station level.
The station has a mezzanine level where the ticket counter is located. There is a lift to the left of the ticket counter for customers to use for the train platform.
