Concession fares are available for eligible passengers with a valid identification when travelling between Brisbane Airport and South East Queensland Suburban stations. Concession fares do not apply for travel between Brisbane Airport and Brisbane City stations.
Please note that you must carry your proof of concession entitlement with you at all times and show it to the driver or authorised person when asked.
During the Queensland Government flat rate fares initiative, starting Monday 5 August 2024, for six-months, the 50% concession fares on public transport will not apply.
At the station: You can purchase eligible concession tickets at arrival to the station. You must provide your valid identification in order to receive the concession fare.
Travel by go card: Children and Concession go cards can be purchased at the station. Please check the card advice below for applicability.
Online: In order to purchase a concession ticket your identification must be verified, therefore it cannot be purchased online.
Travel with Smart Ticketing: The payment system does not currently support concession fares.

Discounted travel is available between Brisbane City and South East Queensland Suburban stations is provided to children (5-14 years). A concession card is not required.
Free travel is available for infants (0-4 years). A ticket is not required.
