Follow the trains signs when you arrive
Airtrain is directly outside each terminal
Airtrain has a station directly outside both the Domestic and International airport terminals. Simply follow the “trains” signs from the arrivals areas in both terminals. The Domestic Terminal is approximately 2 km from the International Terminal and takes only two minutes by train.
Domestic Terminal
Airtrain is located on the elevated Skywalk and is easily accessed using travellators directly in front of the domestic airport. Our friendly staff will assist you get to your destination quickly.
Domestic Terminal to Domestic Airtrain Station
International Terminal
Airtrain is located on level 3 on the International Terminal. The arrivals are on level 2. Simply follow the “trains” signs to level 3 using the travellators or lifts. Airtrain has an information counter where you can purchase tickets in the arrivals hall on level 2. Our friendly staff will assist you get to your destination quickly.
International Terminal to Airtrain International Station
Trolleys are available inside the terminals and you can use these on the way to the Airtrain stations. Trolleys are not able to be taken into the station platforms or trains for safety reasons. Ask our staff if you need assistance with your bags.
Please note that for security reasons, Airtrain stations do not have luggage storage facilities. Brisbane Airport have luggage storage facilities available.
